3. Appointment and Payment Policy

• Appointments can be booked through our website, in person, or via phone/WhatsApp.

• Fees for consultations and procedures may vary depending on the treatment plan.

• Payments can be made via Razorpay (debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.).

• Full or partial advance payment may be required for certain procedures.

• Payment confirmation will be provided via SMS/email/WhatsApp.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Consultation appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed only if notified 24 hours in advance.

• For treatments and procedures, any cancellation or refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of treatment or lab/materials already used.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

5. Privacy and Data Security

• All personal and payment information shared with Sujay’s Dental Care is kept confidential.

• We use Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, to ensure secure transactions.

• No credit card or banking information is stored on our servers.

6. Pricing and Invoices

• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Invoices are issued upon completion of consultation or procedure.

• For online payments, invoices will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Sujay’s Dental Care will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the online payment system.

• Any dispute arising from treatment or payment must be addressed directly with our clinic team for resolution.
