Esthetic correction by tooth contouring and implants

Introduction:

A 35  year old man visited Sujay’s Dental Care complaining about missing tooth in the upper front teeth region.

Evidence Based Dentistry:

As a part of Evidence based treatment we took full mouth OPG. After examining OPG x-ray of the teeth, our team of dentists decided to go with the following treatment plan.

Step-1: Esthetic enamel contouring of  the permanent  canines.

Step-2: Extraction of retained deciduous 53,63 immediate placement of implants

Step-3: Immediate placement of implants.

After all the procedure, he was advised for a regular 6 months follow up.
