Replacement of a fractured tooth with immediate implant

Introduction:

A 23-year old man had visited Sujay’s Dental Care complaining about broken upper front tooth.

As a part of Evidence-based treatment, we took full mouth OPG.

After examining OPG x-ray of the teeth, our team of dentists decided for the replacement of the fractured tooth with immediate implant by socket shielding technique .

After the treatment, every 6 month, follow up was carried out.
